What are the costs?

There are no upfront costs.  We only get paid when your vessel is confirmed sold.  Our no-nonsense commission schedule is as follows:

Sale price up to SGD $500k                                                     10%

Sale price between SGD $500k - $1M                               8%

Sale price above SGD $1M                                                        On mutual agreement

When a boat is sold, the appropriate commission percentage shown above will be collected by Dream Nautical and held in escrow as a deposit.  After successful sea trial, the remaining balance will be transferred direct from the buyer to the owner of the vessel. It's that simple!
